The Great Physician!

Heart health is one of the most important things a person can do for his or her health.  I read that our hearts pump at a rate of 70-75 beats per minute, having a daughter with anorexia, I learned that real quick and now since she has been on recovery, I can say that with pride.  Anyway, the heart though weighing only 11 ounces on average, a healthy heart pumps 2,000 gallons of blood through 60,000 miles of blood vessels each day.  Everyday , the heart creates enough energy to drive a truck 20 miles.  In a lifetime, that is equivalent to driving to the moon and back.  How amazing a healthy heart can be, conversely, if our heart malfunctions, our whole body shuts down.   Our "Spiritual hear" represents the center of our emotions, thinking and reasoning.  The "command center" of our life.
I think about how vital both aspects of heart health is, mainly because so many of the people I love and care about have had issues dealing with the heart.  I guess in both areas.  in prayer I bring these concern to "The Great Physician"  I mean who knows our bodies and our mind the best but Him.
There is no doubt that He heals as I look around at those I love and care for.  My daughter is doing better, is improving, her grandpa Hutchison has survived various bouts of heart complications and I look at Schizz's life after his trouble with heart issues, so many were thinking, praying and pulling for him.
By no means do the love and support falter from within myself as we are taught to bring our worries and concerns before the throne of God in prayer.  It is an awesome thought to think that prayer is our direct line in speaking to Our Great Physician.  Through us He works to touch others with Love and mercy.  \
What else can I say other than, I love all three of them and pray always for their heart health!
