Making Good Marks!

The end of the week is finally here and I still feel lousy..oh well.  My son has driven everyday this week and has done real well.  He really enjoys picking up his sister after track practice.  I sit of course on the passenger side and hit that "Parent Imaginary Brake"  same one my mom used on us.  I am not used to being the passenger after all these years,  its nice at times, but not less nerve racking.
My daughter had two more meets this week, she did the 200 meter, which she took third in and ran the fastest on her relay team at 15.5 seconds.  She had just started that.  Her long jumps are real well too.
I like good news, who doesn't right, gosh, especially after a week of illness and job loss for my sister.
I like to think that everyday is a new starting point and having a good day come is a great chance in every hour of the day.  Maybe that's why I always loved the song "Don't Look Back" by Boston.   Its just an encouraging statement.  I have have posted that song many times, so I won't in this blog.  So many artist have made songs that just make a person feel like they can take on the world, "Happy Go Lucky Feel"
